We want every PeakFinds order to arrive as smoothly as possible. Processing and delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

Order processing

Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Contact us quickly if an address or order detail is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Delivery estimates

Any estimate shown during checkout or provided with your order is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, customs, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information entered at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Multiple packages

Products can be fulfilled from different locations. A single order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Address accuracy

Please verify your full name, street address, unit number, city, postal code, and contact information before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
